Being a Trainee Resourcer is one of the best ways to get into recruitment, learn about the industry and work your way up to being a successful Recruitment Consultant.  This role would suit a recent graduate who is keen to move into a fast paced role where they can utilise their existing skills in a new way.

You will work closely with Senior Consultants on their requirements, sourcing and managing candidates through the entire recruitment process from database searches, searches on job sites, telephoning and emailing potential candidates and networking also.  Arranging interviews and placing job adverts and pro-actively seeking new business.

You will ideally be degree educated and you will live in the local area due to the demands of the business.  Successful candidates will be organised, motivated, dynamic and extremely tenacious.  You will have an excellent telephone manner and be highly confident, with the ability to extract large volumes of information from candidates.  You will be highly adaptable with the ability to talk yourself out of tricky situations and take the rough with the smooth.
