This is an excellent permanent opportunity to join an established company with global expertise in information and communications technology. Working 12 hour shifts, the ideal applicant will provide network support within the telecoms sector on a global scale in accordance with contractual SLA's, OLA's and budgets. Manage and support activities within the live/operational cycle of various networks managed to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in a 24/7 time frame.

 Skills required;

• Experience of incident, problem, change and escalation management within large scale complex global networks,
• Technical proficient at CCNA level
• Good working knowledge of MPLS, VoIP, LAN, WAN, IP, VON, Frame relay, voice technologies
• Configuration/trouble shooting, providing network support 24/7, fault analysis, managing & implementing change, monitoring platforms, resolve major incidents, adhering to contractual service & coordinating with suppliers/vendors.

 Desirable

• Knowledge/experience of ITIL
• Flexibility to travel across UK & overseas
• Large scale management of WAN, LAN, Device maintenance, Internet services & vendor management
• CCNP qualified/certified
